The Practice aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know. In the first instance speak to whoever you feel most comfortable with – your Senior receptionist, your reception manager or any of our reception staff.

In the majority of cases concerns can be resolved quite easily. However, if you feel the need to make a written complaint please address it to Dr M Guntamukkala, who will acknowledge it in writing within 48 hours.
